These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Supply Cache inventory management platform ("Service") operated by System 49 ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
After creating your account, you must verify your email address by clicking a link sent to your email. Unverified accounts have limited access to the Service until verification is completed.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Your data will be retained after the trial expires and will be accessible once you subscribe. If your subscription later expires, your data remains in the system and becomes accessible again upon renewal.
Paid plans are available on a monthly, 6-month, or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing for future billing periods with 30 days' notice.
Stripe notifies our system of payment events through secure webhooks. When a payment succeeds, your subscription status and expiration date are updated automatically.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. For 6-month and annual plans, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days of purchase.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including inventory items, transactions, and store information. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You may export your data at any time using the built-in CSV export features, and you may import data via CSV upload.
Store owners can invite other users to join their store via email. Each invited user is assigned a role (manager or employee) with different permission levels. Managers can view store settings, manage inventory, and invite employees. Employees can view and modify inventory but cannot access store settings, reports, or administrative features. Store owners have full access to all features including audit logs, billing, and member management.
Certain features of the Service may request permission to access your device's camera (for barcode scanning) or motion sensors (for tap-based inventory counting). Granting these permissions is optional. No images, video, or sensor data are transmitted to our servers or stored. You can deny these permissions and continue using the Service with other methods.
The Service uses a service worker to enable basic offline access to previously loaded pages. A local copy of the application may be cached on your device. This cache is stored entirely on your device.
To prevent abuse, we enforce rate limiting on authentication endpoints (signup, login, email verification) and certain API endpoints (scanning, exports, inventory adjustments). Exceeding these limits may temporarily restrict your access.
You can delete your inventory data, your store, or your entire account from within the Service at any time. Deleting your inventory removes all items, transactions, damage records, categories, and suppliers while keeping your store. Deleting your store removes the store and all its data while keeping your account and subscription. Deleting your account permanently removes your account, all stores, all data, and your subscription. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from active systems within 30 days.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, System 49 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
